Who is responsible

What data we collect
- Contact form: full name, email, phone, company, service of interest and the message you write.
- Where your inquiry came from: the page you landed on, the site that sent you and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags or Google click identifiers). They are kept in your browser during your visit and sent along with the form. Between visits, and for up to 90 days, they are kept only if you accepted analytics cookies.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and security logs. They are generated by the servers and the protection systems of the site.
- Measurement and advertising: data collected by Google tools if you accept the matching cookies. More detail in the cookie policy.
- Direct communications: whatever you send us by email, phone or chat.

- Answer your inquiries and prepare quotes.
- Manage the business relationship if you decide to hire us.
- Protect the site and the form from spam and abuse.

We process the form data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. Analytics and advertising cookies are turned on only if you accept them in the banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Site security and spam prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Transfers outside Argentina
Some of these providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We choose providers that apply recognized safeguards and transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to answer them and for as long as the business relationship lasts. After that, only what the law requires us to keep. Cookie data follows the periods listed in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, update or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@thenocgroup.com from the address you used and we will reply within the legal deadlines.
In Argentina, access to your data is free at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. It can receive complaints from people who believe their rights have been affected.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and Cloudflare protections, and we limit access to the information we receive. No system is infallible, so please do not include sensitive data, passwords or card numbers in the form.
Minors
The site is aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If you visit from the European Union, the United Kingdom or California
In addition to the above, you can ask for a copy of your data, its portability and the restriction of its processing, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. If you live in California, you can ask to know what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal data for money. Advertising cookies are turned on only if you accept them, and you can reject or withdraw them from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
