Searches

Thousands of searches. Few are your customer.

Your ad can show up on many searches, but only some come from someone who wants what you sell.

Filter

We choose where to appear.

We keep the searches from people who want to hire and leave out the ones that only spend.

Leads

And every lead gets measured.

Forms, calls and purchases are recorded, and every week we show you which ad brought them.

Short answer

What is Google Ads management?

Google Ads management is the ongoing work of creating, measuring and adjusting your ads on Google so they reach people who search for what you sell. At TheNocGroup it includes a weekly audit, reports in plain language and conversions tracked in GA4, so you know what works and what doesn’t.

It is

  • Ads that show up when someone searches for what you sell.
  • Every lead measured: form, call or purchase.
  • A review of the account every week.
  • A report you can understand without knowing advertising.

It is not

  • Spending without knowing what each dollar brought in.
  • Setting up the account once and leaving it to run alone.
  • Reports full of acronyms and no conclusions.
  • Promising results that nobody can guarantee.

Not every click is a customer

Every search that shows your ad costs money if someone clicks. Choose how many searches show your ad and see who you’re paying for.

How many searches trigger your ad

Your ad shows on 8 searches. Only 4 come from people who want to hire, and you pay for the other 4 anyway.

Your ad shows on 5 searches: the 4 that want to hire and one unclear search we keep an eye on week by week.

Your ad shows on 3 searches, all from people who want to hire. You reach fewer people, but the right ones.

More precise isn’t always better: it depends on your goal. We exclude the searches that aren’t customers and fine-tune every week with your account’s data.

Frequently asked questions about Google Ads

What people ask us most before getting started.

What does Google Ads management include?

An initial account audit, campaign strategy and structure, the ads, conversion tracking in GA4, a weekly audit and a report in plain language. If needed, we also recommend improvements to the page your ads send people to.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

There are two different amounts: what you spend on Google and the management fee. We don’t publish prices because they depend on the size of the account and your goals. In the first consultation, which is free, we define it and send you a written proposal.

How much do I need to invest in advertising?

It depends on your industry, your competition and what you want to achieve. We talk it through in the consultation to set a realistic budget; we can’t give you a number without knowing your case.

How long until I see results?

The first data arrives within a few days, but a campaign needs weeks of adjustments to settle. We don’t promise timelines or results. We do give you tracking and a weekly report so you can see how it evolves.

How do I know if my ads are working?

We measure every lead (forms, calls and purchases) as a conversion in GA4 and compare it with what you spent. That way you see which campaign brings leads and which one only uses up budget.

Do you work with Google Ads accounts that already exist?

Yes. We start with an audit of what’s there: tracking, searches, structure, ads and spend. We hand you a list of fixes ordered by impact before touching anything.

What’s the difference between Google Ads and SEO?

With Google Ads you pay for every click and appear while the campaign is active. With SEO you earn positions organically, with more work at the start and no cost per click. Many companies use both: ads bring leads now and SEO builds visibility over the long term.

What report will I receive?

A weekly report in plain language with three parts: what happened (spend, leads and cost per lead), what we did in the account and what we’re testing next.

Do I need a website to advertise?

You need a page for your ads to send people to. If you don’t have one, or it’s slow, we build or improve it with our web development team, because a good landing page makes your investment work harder.

Do you work with companies in Núñez and the north zone?

Yes. Our office is at Vilela 2218, Núñez, Buenos Aires City, and we work with companies across Argentina. We can meet in person or run the consultation remotely.
