The hidden cost

How many hours go into tasks that keep repeating?

AI automation makes your company’s repetitive tasks, such as answering inquiries, entering invoices or logging contacts, run on their own. It connects to the tools you already use, and a person supervises what matters. That way your team spends its time on what needs human judgment.

If you recognize two of these, this service is for you

  • You copy data from an email into a spreadsheet.
  • You answer the same questions every day.
  • Some inquiries go cold because nobody follows up.
  • Reports are put together by hand, every week.
  • Everything depends on one person who knows how it’s done.

Work out the time that goes today

Time per year

720 hours

That’s about 90 eight-hour workdays.

Based on 48 working weeks a year. This isn’t a promise of savings: it’s the time currently spent on these tasks. In the diagnosis we look at how much of it can be automated.

I want to see it in my company

How your operation gets organized

INPUT

Everything arrives scattered.

Inquiries by email, orders on WhatsApp, forms and spreadsheets: information comes in from everywhere and someone has to sort it out.

PROCESS

It sorts itself.

A workflow classifies each piece of data, the AI reads and summarizes it, and everything goes where it belongs.

RESULT

It comes out resolved.

The reply goes out, the data is logged, and your team is notified only when someone needs to step in.

What you can automate in your company

  3. The reply goes out, the contact lands in the CRM and your team gets a notice if needed.

  1. A new lead comes in.
  2. It’s logged with its source and assigned to a salesperson.
  3. The salesperson gets a reminder and the customer gets a follow-up message.

We map what your team does every day and what to automate first, based on the time it takes and the effort to automate it.

  2. Workflows between your tools

We connect email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM and messaging so data moves from one place to another on its own.

  3. AI that reads and drafts

Frequently asked questions about automation and AI

What people ask us most before getting started.

What is process automation?

It means making a repetitive task run on its own every time something happens, for example when an inquiry or an invoice arrives. Data moves between your tools without anyone copying it by hand. A person sets the rules and supervises what matters, and the workflow does the rest.

What’s the difference between automation and automation with AI?

A regular automation moves data following fixed rules. AI comes in when something has to understand a message or a document: it reads it, sorts it, summarizes it or drafts a reply. They work together: the workflow organizes the path and the AI handles the steps that require interpreting text.

Which tasks in my company can be automated?

Those that repeat and follow a pattern: answering frequent inquiries, entering invoices and orders, logging contacts in the CRM, sending reminders, building reports and alerting you when something fails. In the diagnosis we review yours and tell you which ones to automate first.

Do I have to change the tools I use today?

Generally no. We connect the ones you already use: email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM and messaging. If one of them can’t be connected, we cover it in the diagnosis and propose alternatives before changing anything.

Can the AI make mistakes? Who checks it?

Yes, it can. That’s why workflows have clear rules, log every step and send anything sensitive to a person for review before it goes out. You decide what is sent automatically and what is approved by hand.

Is my data safe?

We work with your accounts and the permissions you set, and only with the information each workflow needs. Before starting we agree on what data is used and who can see it.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

It depends on how many processes you want to automate and the tools you use. We start with a free first consultation, then send you a proposal with scope, timeline and budget so you can decide with the facts.

What happens if a workflow stops working?

You get a notice with the details of what happened, and a record is kept for review. With monthly follow-up we take care of fixing it and adjusting workflows when your tools or your way of working change.

Is it useful for entrepreneurs and small companies?

Yes. You start with one specific process that takes you time today, like answering inquiries or entering orders, and add others later. You don’t need an IT department.

How do I know the work was worth it?

Before starting we agree on what to measure, such as response time, manual tasks or entry errors. After launch we review it together with data and adjust.
