WordPress maintenance · Monthly plan
We take care of your site’s updates, backups, security and speed. Every month you get a clear report of what we did.
Today
A neglected site wears down on its own.
Updates pile up, backups get forgotten and problems show up when a customer finds them first.
We bring it up to date
We check every layer, one by one.
We update, take the backup and check security and speed. Anything outdated gets fixed before it fails.
Month by month
Every month, a report of what we did.
No jargon, no surprises: you see what was checked, what was fixed and how your site is doing.

WordPress maintenance is the monthly care of a site that is already live. At TheNocGroup it includes updates, backups we test by restoring them, a security check, speed improvements and a report every month, so your site keeps working without anyone having to remember.
Flip the switch and compare. It’s an illustrative example of what we often see on sites nobody looks after.
Illustrative example. Every site is different and we review each one case by case.
A typical month, day by day. Hover over a task (or tap it) and see when we do it.
Illustrative example. Dates and frequency depend on each plan.
Put it together in a minute and ask for a written proposal. We don’t publish prices: they depend on your site and we set them in the review, which is free.

For businesses with several sites, an online store or teams that rely on the site.

This is not a quote. We use it to prepare your written proposal.
Three steps, no detours.
We look it over from end to end, at no cost, and tell you what state it’s in and what is worth fixing.
In writing: which plan suits you, what it includes and how we work. You decide.
Every month we look after the site and you get a report. If you need something in between, write to us and we reply.

What people ask us most before getting started.
WordPress, plugin and theme updates, automatic backups, a security review, speed improvements, an alert if the site goes down and a monthly report. The more complete plans add restore tests and priority support. The exact detail is written down in the proposal.
WordPress, plugins and themes receive changes all the time, many of them for security reasons. If they aren’t updated, the site gets slower, can stop working or be left exposed. A monthly review keeps problems from piling up until something breaks.
It depends on how many sites you have, whether there is a store and what you want us to look after. We don’t publish prices because two sites are almost never the same. In the first review, which is free, we look at your case and send you a written proposal.
Yes. We start with a review of your site, no matter who built it or which plugins it uses, and tell you what state it’s in. We build the plan from there. If the site needs fixes before entering maintenance, that also goes in the proposal.
No. The plan covers looking after the site, not the server it lives on. If your hosting is too small or gives you trouble, we can move the site to a server of its own with Cloudflare in front, which is another of our services.
The Corporate plan is designed for businesses with several sites, an online store or teams that rely on the site every day. It adds priority support, a monthly review with your team and a custom report. The Essential and Professional plans cover a site with less going on.
The frequency depends on how much your site changes and is agreed in the proposal: a company site doesn’t need the same as a store. Backups are stored outside your hosting and, in the plans that include it, we test restoring them, because a backup that was never tested isn’t worth much.
Before updating we take a backup, and afterwards we check that the pages, the form and, if there is a store, checkout still work. If something fails, we roll back and sort it out. We can’t promise nothing will ever happen, but we can promise it won’t go unattended.
A report in plain language with three parts: what we did, what we found and what we recommend doing next. You don’t need to know WordPress to read it. If you have questions, write to us and someone on the team will answer.
Yes. Our office is at Vilela 2218, Núñez, Buenos Aires City, and we work with companies in Argentina. We can meet in person or do everything remotely: looking after a site doesn’t require being in the same city.
